The condo hotel features 500,000 square feet of interior and exterior slab and tile finishes, including 375 condos with full wall slabs, 210 hotel rooms, 3 restaurants, banquet facilities and a full service spa. Tile and vanity material in each suite was carefully matched to the slab finishes to deliver a truly unique and custom look in each washroom. This level of finish is unprecedented in a multi-unit high rise construction and illustrates the uniquely visionary qualities of James Cheng and Hariri-Pontarini Architects design.
